  • How to place an order?

To place an order, simply visit our store at For your convenient, make sure you are logged in to your BabyLuxify account account or create a new account 

Next, search for the items you would like to order. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for products. Or, click “Shop Now” to browse different categories or simply click on the image or link in each category. Click on a product to see more details. To add the product to your cart, click on the white button that says “Add to Cart.” 
After you add something to your cart, you can keep shopping or check out. To check out, click on the yellow button that says “Check Out.” While you’re shopping, you can always click the cart in the upper right corner of your screen to view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout. 
On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address. At this time, we only ship within the contiguous U.S. Next, add your select your payment method. Before you place your order, review the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your Order Total. When you’re ready, click the brown button that says “Pay Now” We’ll send you an email confirming your order. 

  • How can I change my order after it has been submitted?

We ship items out very soon after receiving orders. To request changes to your orders, please send us an email to
The changes will only be made if your order hasn't shipped yet.
  • What if my delivered order is damaged?

We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

We make every effort to ship your items together, but there will be times when we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. The reason is ordered items are shipping from different fulfillment centers. 
Note: When we divide an order into multiple shipments, you won't be charged any additional fees. We divide the shipping cost provided at Checkout across the multiple shipments when your order is charged.

  • What is the status of my order?

When you place an order on, you will receive email updates concerning your order status. 
Within an hour after placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation which includes: 
  • Order number 
  • Item(s) ordered 
  • Description 
  • Quantities 
  • Price of each item 
  • Shipping address(es) 
  • Billing address 
Save this confirmation, as it can be used to check the status of your order. 
  • Which payment methods can I use for my purchases?

There are many online payment options that you can use at Checkout for your purchase, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

No – at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US.

  • What happens if my package gets lost?

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit, or go to, click "Track Order" at the top, then enter in: 
1. Order Number and email, then click "Track" button.
2. Tracking Number, then click "Track" button.
You will see in details where your order is.
  • What information do I need to check out?

Our checkout is easy, fast, and secure. Enter your shipping address and payment method, then place your order!

  • How much is shipping?

Orders over $50 ship free! All other orders ship base on the weight of each item.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $50 ship free! If your order is eligible for free shipping, you will see this message "Congratulation! Your order is now eligible for FREE shipping!" displays at the top. If your item does not reach the threshold, you will see the message tell you the remain amount to get free shipping.

  • How long does it take to get my order?

It depends on the product in your orders. 

If the item is available in one of our fulfillment centers locates in US, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.
If the item is available in one of our fulfillment centers locates in China, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery.
  • What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns of within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
If the item is damage, we request you send us photos of the damage item.
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
